1 . Starting the process:

Contact us to arrange a free valuation of your property. There is no obligation to instruct ourselves but if you do please remember that we do work closely with other trusted agents in the area so there is really no need to instruct anyone else. We do not mind however if you do arrange your own valuation.


2 . Maximum exposure for your property:

We ensure that your property is seen by potential buyers through our online and offline activities. Your property will be seen on major property portals like Idealista, Kyero, Thinkspain and of course our own very popular website. In addition to this we have clients contacting us on a daily basis looking for property to buy, perhaps one just like yours.  


3 . Buyer viewings:

We arrange buyer viewings and bring the clients to your property. We pass on all feedback from the clients and of course inform you straight away of offers made. The decision to accept or reject offers is always in your hands.


4 . Completing the sale:

We will instruct both yours and the buyers solicitors to start the conveyancing process, passing on all the information they need and can even take you to see an English solicitor if you don't have one. Congratulations your property is now sold!
